Privacy

How Turbosoft handles information on this website.

Who is responsible

Turbosoft ApS (CVR 45682765), Kløverprisvej 83, 2650 Hvidovre, Denmark, is responsible for the processing described here. You can contact us at contact@turbosoft.info.

What this website processes

This website has no accounts, forms, comments, or customer database. We do not ask visitors to submit personal information through the site. If you choose to contact us by email, your sender address, message, and any attachments are processed in our business mailbox so that we can respond and handle the enquiry.

This website uses Umami for privacy-friendly usage statistics. Umami’s tracker does not use cookies or track visitors across websites. We configure it to omit URL query strings and respect your browser’s Do Not Track setting. It records high-level information such as page views, referrer, browser, device, and country, and may derive an anonymous visitor/session hash from request signals. We do not use it to identify you or combine it with email correspondence.

Legal basis and retention

We process enquiry emails because it is necessary to respond to your request and, where relevant, to take steps before entering an agreement. We retain business correspondence only for as long as needed for the enquiry and applicable accounting, legal, or dispute obligations. Anonymous analytics data is retained in our Umami instance according to its configured retention and deletion settings.

Service providers

Tuta Mail (formerly Tutanota, operated by Tutao GmbH) hosts Turbosoft’s business mailbox and may process sender and recipient addresses, message content, attachments, and delivery metadata when you email us.

BunnyWay d.o.o. (bunny.net) stores this website’s files in Bunny Storage, delivers the website through its global CDN, and provides authoritative DNS for the domain. In providing these services, bunny.net may process request and delivery data such as IP addresses, requested URLs, referrers, user-agent information, country codes, and service-generated request identifiers for content delivery, security, and operational logging.

PikaPods, operated by Peakford Ltd, hosts the Umami instance in the EU and processes the analytics data stored by that instance on our behalf. Turbosoft determines why the analytics data is collected and how it is used.

We do not sell personal information.

Your rights

If we hold personal information about you—for example because you emailed us—you may ask for access, correction, or deletion, or request restriction of or object to certain processing, subject to applicable law. Contact us at contact@turbosoft.info. You may also complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet).
